Yet another year rolls by and once again I am happy to report that our annual Christmas lunch was well attended 20 booked in and A GREAT TIME WAS HAD BY ALL We were blessed with waiter service for the starters and the sweet (delicious) and these days the attention we get is first rate, we have been going there many years but that said we did enjoy excellent service.
Every body had a good time lots of chat both the members and their wives/partners had an enjoyable time , crackers and chatter was the game of the lunch.
Ron took a number of photos reprinted here, I was very pleased with the turn out, all pre booked so if you fancy next year please let me know so no one is disappointed.
Ken and Rosemary made the effort and came up from Bristol, it’s nice to think that all though they have moved out of the district they still have allegiance to CARA.
Our club luncheon has been going on for quite a few years now, I know there are those who can not make midday but if sufficient would like to think of an evening do then talk to me.
